Another recipe suggested by generative AI... this one from Gemini. I wanted to use the abundance of bay leaves we have in our garden for something in a beer, despite the advice I received from a professional brewer who, when asked "what should I do with a load of bay leaves", he suggested "make lots of ragu"!
But Gemini suggsted this idea of a lichtenhainer, so I'm going for it. It only uses 2 fresh bay leaves, so it's not exactly going to make much difference to the tree, but never mind..!
